The 5 worst NBA contracts given out in the 2020 offseason

A lot of money was thrown around this offseason.

Way back in 2016, the NBA was flush with cash after a new television contract, so teams handed out some absurd contracts to names like Evan Turner, Timofey Mozgov, Solomon Hill, Joakim Noah, Tyler Johnson and Bismack Biyombo.

Four years later, although there’s A LOT that’s different in 2020, some NBA teams still handed out a lot of money with some questionable contracts in what has been a wild offseason stuffed into one stretch of November.

So let’s take a look at some of the more expensive deals that may look like bad decisions in hindsight when we revisit this list in the future.
