First the NFL takes away our bye week because another team can’t get their Covid situation together, now they take away our Thanksgiving primetime game for the same reason. Smh.

What a joke….

For the second time this season, another team’s irresponsibility is negatively impacting the Pittsburgh Steelers. Earlier in the season the Tennessee Titans’ inability to follow COVID-19 protocols cost the Steelers their bye week. Now, because the Baltimore Ravens can’t seem to follow protocols either, the Steelers game with them on Thanksgiving night is being moved to Sunday.
Why is this a big deal? Because the NFL has no reason to do this except to benefit the offending team. The Steelers players get this and it didn’t take long for them to take to Twitter to vent about how much they hate it.
I don’t understand why the Steelers seem to be punished for doing the right thing yet again but we will have to keep an eye out as this very fluid situation continues to evolve.
