Leading up to Monday night’s game, all the talk at wide receiver was about the Bucs’ trio of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown. There wasn’t much mention of the Rams’ duo, which is undeniably one of the best in the NFL.
Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods reminded everyone just how good they are, putting up huge numbers against the Buccaneers. Kupp caught 11 passes for 145 yards, while Woods hauled in 12 receptions for 130 yards and a touchdown. They were targeted a total of 28 times and made Jared Goff look good on just about every one of them.
Kupp and Woods became the first Rams wide receivers to each catch at least 10 passes in the same game. For a franchise that had Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce playing on the same team, that’s a remarkable stat.
Additionally, they’re just the fifth pair of teammates to catch at least 10 passes on Monday Night Football.
Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods are just the 5th set of teammates with 10 Rec each on Monday Night Football.
The others:
-Tyreek Hill & Travis Kelce (2018)-Willie Snead & Brandin Cooks (2015)
-Wes Welker & Randy Moss (2009)
-Randy Moss & Cris Carter (2001)

For all the talk about the Buccaneers’ receivers, it was Woods and Kupp who came through in the clutch. Tampa Bay’s trio of Evans, Godwin and Brown combined for 20 catches and 159 yards on 32 targets.
