The Browns announced Monday star defensive end Myles Garrett will miss his second straight game when they play the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 12 due to reserve/COVID-19 issues.

Garrett was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 last week and missed the team’s victory over the Philadelphia Eagles
