When Carson Wentz takes the field for in-game action on most NFL Sundays, passing game coordinator, Press Taylor, is normally the guy the Eagles quarterback spends most of the time talking to throughout the afternoon.
As Wentz’s position coach and as the Eagles passing game quarterback, Taylor is the man who normally spends the bulk of the time with Philadelphia’s star quarterback.
On Sunday with Taylor at home due to COVID-19 protocols, head coach Doug Pederson will be the primary voice in Carson Wentz’s ear and it could pay huge dividends.

Pederson is already the Eagles primary play-caller and with Taylor out, the head coach will be charged with calming and providing sound coaching directly to his star signal-caller.
With Wentz embattled in the toughest season of his five-year career, Sunday could be a prime opportunity for Pederson to guide his quarterback to an impressive road outing against a tough AFC North opponent.
