Oklahoma wide receiver Trejan Bridges has been missing from the team all season after being suspended prior to last season’s College Football Playoff Semifinal against LSU.
The players he was suspended along with, Ronnie Perkins and Rhamondre Stevenson, have both made their returns to action a few weeks ago. But, Bridges has remained out and is inactive again today for the Sooners’ game tonight against Oklahoma State.
Lincoln Riley has been unable to really shed much light on his situation, but one thing that has been made clear today is Bridges’ frustration with having missed close to a full season at this point.
He took to Twitter today to make his feelings known:
This whole thing is absolute bs. & I’m tired of it. EVERYTHING… I have missed more than half of the season? This Sh*t is pathetic.

I have taken 10+ tests in the last 2-3 months and they all have been negative.

It will be very interesting to see if Oklahoma can find a way to get him back before season’s end. He was a highly-touted recruit out of high school and Lincoln Riley has even compared him to Oklahoma State’s star wideout Tylan Wallace.
As for the guys in action, they will host Bedlam tonight at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium at 6:30 p.m. CT.
