Joseph is 5-foot-10, 165 pounds and is a freshman at Edison High School.
He does not yet hold a rating from the 247Sports composite, but does hold several Power Five offers.
Kentucky, LSU, Miami, Notre Dame, Texas A&M and several other programs have already offered Joseph. Tennessee is one of five SEC programs to have offered Joseph so far.
The Vols do not yet have any prospects committed to the 2023 recruiting class.
