The Philadelphia 76ers are not done yet on draft night as they still have more picks on the night. They made a selection in Round 1 going with Kentucky guard Tyrese Maxey who was surprisingly still on the board.
They traded the 34th pick in the draft to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Al Horford trade and they then sent the 36th pick in this draft to the Dallas Mavericks in the Josh Richardson deal. However, they still had a pick at 49 so they still had a pick in the second round.
With that selection, the team is taking Arkansas shooter Isaiah Joe who had received a promise from the organization that they would select him in this draft. He shot 37.8% from deep across two seasons in college at Arkansas on 9.1 attempts per game. The high volume of shot attempts from deep will be welcomed on this team right now.
The 76ers are targeting Isaiah Joe with the No. 49 pick, a source tells ESPN.

Fans will look at his low shooting percentage both from the floor and from deep as a sophomore, but he shot 10.6 attempts from deep this season. His high volume of shots from deep will be a nice fit next to Ben Simmons. [lawrence-related id=39250,39242,39230]
