The Carolina Panthers will be missing a couple key offensive starters for today’s NFC South showdown with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Carolina Panthers will be missing a couple key offensive starters for today’s NFC South showdown with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Here is the team’s list of inactives for Week 10.

RB Christian McCaffrey
OT Russell Okung
DT Bruce Hector
CB Stantley Thomas-Oliver
DB Sean Chandler
QB Will Grier
OL Michael Schofield

Dennis Daley will start at left tackle again in place of Okung, while Yetur Gross-Matos will get the first start of his career after Stephen Weatherly was placed on injured reserve.

Standout rookie defender Jeremy Chinn was one of a few players who were listed as questionable coming into this week, but he’ll be in the lineup. That’s a huge deal for this young defense.

As for the Bucs, here are their inactives.

G Ali Marpet
RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn
DL Khalil Davis
QB Ryan Griffin

Marpet (concussion) is Tampa’s best offensive lineman, so missing him is no small thing. The Buccaneers will be sliding starting center Ryan Jensen over to left guard, while AQ Shipley takes over at Jensen’s spot.

Check back later for highlights and analysis after the game.
