Airplane issues can impact anyone. And they are exasperating, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers experienced it first hand Saturday as they attempted to get to Carolina for Sunday’s game with the Panthers.
The Bucs were stuck at the airport — in a hangar, on the tarmac — for hours as their plane had mechanical issues.
The @Buccaneers still have not left the airport yet for Charlotte because of issues with airplane. Team personnel have de-boarded plane and are currently in a hangar waiting for another plane @NFLonFOX

So after roughly 6 hours of delays with their plane, the Bucs are now boarding a new plane to head to Charlotte. estimated to arrive around 11 pm tonight. Not ideal with the early kickoff.

After a seven-plus-hour delay today that went into tonight, the Buccaneers’ team plane finally landed in Charlotte, per a team official.
Bucs were scheduled to take off at 2:30 and land around 4 pm. They landed at about 11:15 tonight.
