During the Golden State Warriors extended offseason, Draymond Green has been busy.
After serving as an analyst on the NBA on TNT during the league’s stretch of games in the Orlando Bubble, Green has put down the microphone to work on his game.
Before the Warriors make their return to San Francisco’s Chase Center in late December, Green has been active during offseason workouts. Recently, videos have been shared on social media that feature Green working on his conditioning and long-distance jumper.
On Wednesday, Green was back in the gym. NBA skills coach Travis Walton shared an Instagram story of the three-time All-Star practicing his corner jumper from beyond the arc. During the video, Green traded shots with Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma.

While he dealt with injuries and load management throughout Golden States’s down 2019-20 campaign, Green shot only 27.9% on three 3-point attempts per contest last season. In 2019-20, Green shot his lowest clip since his rookie season (20.9%).
With Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson back on the floor, Green will get his fair share of open looks from beyond the arc next season. If Green can begin to threaten teams with his 3-point shooting, Steve Kerr’s offense could quickly return to the top of the Western Conference.
Following a lengthy offseason away from Chase Center, Green will soon be able to show his teammates what he’s been working on when Golden State’s preseason training camp opens on Dec. 1.
