Browns injury report: 4 starting OL limited but all players active at practice

The Browns returned to the practice field on Wednesday to begin prep in earnest for Sunday’s matchup with the Houston Texans. In a pleasant development, every player on the active 53-man roster participated in at least some capacity.

Five players were limited with various ailments, however. Four of them are regular starters on the offensive line:

  • Left guard Joel Bitonio (elbow)
  • Right tackle Jack Conklin (knee)
  • Right guard Wyatt Teller (calf)
  • Center JC Tretter (knee)

Also limited was linebacker Jacob Phillips (knee), who has been battling the malady for weeks.

Defensive end Myles Garrett, who was banged up and negatively impacted in the Week 8 loss to the Raiders, is not listed on the injury report with the knee contusion he suffered in the game. Baker Mayfield was back at practice and also without any injury designation. He had been battling bruised ribs prior to the bye week.
