The Philadelphia 76ers are getting set to begin the 2020-21 season as the league set a December 22 start date for the new season. For the Sixers, this means they now know when they will begin the season under a new regime led by coach Doc Rivers and president Daryl Morey.
Specifically for star Ben Simmons, he now has that much time to get his work in at the gym to be able to make sure he is ready to go for another grind of a season. His year was cut short in 2019-20 when he suffered a left knee injury in the seeding games in Orlando, but now he is ready to return and get the job done on the floor.
On Monday, he posted another set of pictures of his work inside the gym in Los Angeles and the last two pictures of the set were him working on the jump shot which is something fans want to see.

On the flip side, fans have seen this plenty of times before, but at the end of the day, the fact that he is working on it is a sign of growth. The fact still does remain that he must bring it on the floor and continue to grow as a player. That is the one thing missing in his game and he hasn’t really shown much on the floor just yet in terms of his jumper. [lawrence-related id=38941,38938,38935]
