The 49ers injury issues were already bad going into Thursday night. They got worse in the first half. Nickel cornerback K’Waun Williams and strong safety Jaquiski Tartt were both listed as ‘questionable’ to return in the second half after suffering injuries in the first half.
Williams is dealing with an ankle injury. He’s already missed three games this season with a knee injury. Jamar Taylor took his place Thursday.
Tartt missed the previous two games with a groin issue and was ‘questionable’ going into Thursday night. He limped off after a second-quarter tackle. His backup, Marcell Harris, was beat for a 52-yard touchdown one play later.
