Tom Brady named NFC Offensive Player of the Month

Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has been named NFC Player of the Month for October, after an impressive string of performances that have the Bucs at 5-2 and first place in the NFC South division.
In four games this month, Brady threw for 1,157 yards, 12 touchdowns, and just one interception, while completing 66 percent of his passes.
Under his guidance, the Tampa Bay offense averaged 35 points and 400 yards per game during the month of October, as the Bucs went 3-1.
It’s the 11th time Brady has won the conference honor, but his first time in the NFC. He’s now just the fourth quarterback in NFL history to win the honor in both conferences
