In Week 7, the Browns traveled across Ohio to meet the Cincinnati Bengals, and Mayfield didn’t have the best start.

The former Sooner missed his first five attempts and was picked off once.

Fortunately for the Browns, Mayfield responded in a big way.

Mayfield completed his next 18 passes, setting a franchise record.

With just three healthy wide receivers after Odell Beckham Jr. went down with an injury, Mayfield completed 22-of-28 attempts for 297 yards and five touchdowns with one interception.

Mayfield saved his best for Cleveland’s final drive.

Down 34-31, Mayfield led the Browns on a game-winning drive, capped by his 24-yard touchdown pass to Donovan Peoples-Jones.

After Mayfield’s heroics, Cleveland improves to 5-2 and hosts the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8.
