Following a 52-24 win over the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday, the LSU Tigers moved to 2-2 overall on the season.
The win puts the Tigers at 2-2 in SEC play, considering that non-conference matchups don’t exist this year, with a big game at Auburn looming next week.
The Tigers’ schedule only gets more difficult from here.
LSU finishes October at Auburn before opening the November slate at home against Alabama on Nov. 14. After that, the Tigers travel to face Arkansas on Nov. 21 and at Ole Miss on Nov. 28 to close out the month.

As LSU prepares to take on Auburn next week, Ed Orgeron and the team know it is a must-win game. Both Tigers teams are coming off victories, and this contest could set up a potential third-place finish in the SEC West division this season.
Going into the bye week before Alabama with a 3-2 record would give the Tigers all the motivation they need to begin November on a strong note.
LSU still has to face Alabama and Florida before season’s end, and those two games alone could shake up where the Tigers finish in the SEC.
