It’s officially game week for Michigan football and the Big Ten, and there’s been a lot of movement in the latest Amway Coaches Poll, powered by USA TODAY Sports.
While the top two teams remained the same, given that Alabama beat Georgia, it was no surprise to see the Bulldogs move down. Rival Notre Dame was the benefactor there, moving up, but surprisingly, archrival Ohio State still remains outside of the Top 4.
For the Wolverines, they moved up two spots to No. 17, with No. 21 Minnesota on deck this Saturday.
Future opponents include No. 5 Ohio State, No. 7 Penn State and No. 14 Wisconsin. Big Ten Week Three opponent Indiana received five votes to be included in the poll.
