Kylie Fitts out; D.J. Humphries, Devon Kennard questionable for Cardinals

Humphries suffered a back injury on Saturday.

The Arizona Cardinals wrapped up their week of practice on Saturday and released their final injury report. After placing guard J.R. Sweezy and defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence on injured reserve, the injury report has one player ruled out and three who are questionable.

Outside linebacker Kylie Fitts was unable to practice all week and was ruled out of the game Monday night with a hamstring injury, which will affect the depth at the position.

Starting outside linebacker Devon Kennard was able to practice on a limited basis all week with a calf injury. He is questionable to play, although head coach Kliff Kingsbury is hopeful he will play. He missed the last two games and, with Chandler Jones already on injured reserve, Kennard is needed, especially with Fitts out.

Dennis Gardeck, another outside linebacker, is also questionable for the game. He has a foot injury that kept him out of Thursday’s practice. He was limited on Friday and Saturday.

Left tackle D.J. Humphries was a new addition to the injury report on Saturday. He was limited in practice with a back injury and is now questionable for the game.

Ruled out:

  • LB Kylie Fitts (hamstring)

Questionable:

  • LB Devon Kennard (calf)
  • LB Dennis Gardeck (foot)
  • LT D.J. Humphries (back)
