Tom Brady named NFC Offensive Player of the Week

The Buccaneers got a vintage performance from Tom Brady in Sunday’s 38-31 win over the Chargers, and it’s earned the six-time Super Bowl champion another weekly honor for his already long list.
Brady was named the NFC’s Offensive Player of the Week after he threw for 369 yards and five touchdowns (each to a different receiver) while leading the Bucs to a second-half comeback win in Week 4.
At 43 years old, Brady became the oldest player in NFL history to toss five touchdown passes in a single game. His Bucs are currently 3-1 on the year, riding a three-game winning streak.
While this is his first such honor as an NFC quarterback, Brady has an incredible 30 AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors already under his belt
