Washington Football Team pass-rusher Chase Young suffered a moderate groin strain on Sunday and is expected to be out vs. the #Ravens, sources say. Young, the No. 2 pick who already has 2.5 sacks, is considered week-to-week.

The injury to Washington’s rookie DE Chase Young isn’t as bad as it could have been, but he will still likely miss this weekend’s game against the Baltimore Ravens with a moderate groin strain that was suffered last week against the Cleveland Browns.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Young is to be considered week to week going forward, and he will likely be re-evaluated after this week, assuming he does in fact sit for the Week 4 matchup.
Young went down with the injury in the first half against the Browns and did not return. It appears to be a flare up of an existing injury that plagued Young throughout training camp, causing him to miss several days of practice.
