Commissioner Roger Goodell sent an email to all 32 NFL teams Tuesday with regard to the COVID-19 outbreak among the Tennessee Titans.
The commissioner said this was not unexpected as it had been emphasized players and staff would test positive during the season.
He also addressed all the protocols that are being followed when it comes to players, staff and officials with regard to upcoming games.
The Tennessee Titans are scheduled to play host to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Vikings, who lost to Tennessee in Week 3, are scheduled to face the Houston Texans on Sunday.
