Chalk this up to one of those instances where “no news is good news.”
The Houston Texans released their first injury report for Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and receiver Will Fuller was not listed on the report.
The absence of Fuller is favorable news considering he had a hamstring issue in Week 2 that limited him to just one carry against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Texans had complete participation at practice. However, WR Brandin Cooks (quad), FB Cullen Gillaspia (concussion), RB Duke Johnson (ankle), ILB Peter Kalambayi (hamstring), LT Laremy Tunsil (elbow), and DE J.J. Watt (groin) were listed as limited in practice.
RT Tytus Howard was a full participant with an ankle injury.
The Steelers had eight players not participate in practice with four of them not injury related: QB Ben Roethlisberger, DT Cameron Heyward, C Maurkice Pouncey, and DE Stephon Tuitt.
DE Tyson Alualu (knee), WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee), WR Diontae Johnson (toe), and G David DeCastro (knee) did not participate in practice.
