WATCH: Can Jayson Tatum lead the Celtics to a championship?

Boston Celtics All-NBA swingman Jayson Tatum has taken another step forward with his passing game — and it’s making him even deadlier.

Boston Celtics All-Star, All-NBA swingman Jayson Tatum has put a lot of “All-” based accolades in front of his name in his third season in the NBA, and for good reason.

Since the All-Star break — and Tatum’s first All-Star game — the Duke product has virtually doubled his sophomore scoring, surged in several other counting stats, and generally refined his game on both sides of the ball to play like a true superstar, earning his first All-NBA nod in the process.

Having added muscle, a variety of nearly impossible to guard go-to moves away from the cup, increased skill finishing at the rim, improved defense and most importantly a nascent passing game, Tatum appears poised to make yet another leap soon when he puts these skills together more consistently.

It’s caught the attention of The Ringer’s Kevin O’Connor, who breaks down how the St. Louis native has stepped up his game, in particular his passing.

Watch the video embedded above for a look into how Taco Jay is beginning to take over the NBA by storm.
