The Green Bay Packers won’t have fans at training camp practices this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, limiting access to the happenings of the team at Ray Nitschke Field.
But you’re in luck. Here’s a roundup of what happened at today’s practice:
Wagner returns
Rick Wagner is back at practice for the #Packers with a left elbow support.

1-on-1 updates
ZaDarius Smith can rush from anywhere man. Jonathan Garvin has two nice rushes as well in 1 on 1s. And Lane Taylor kept doing Lane Taylor things #Packers

Za ‘Darius Smith in prime pass rushing form in 1 on 1s. Blew away Billy Turner on one rush and Lucas Patrick on another.

Rashan’s Reggie impression
Rashan Gary just pulled out the ole hump move for one of the prettier rushes of one on ones this camp
— Wes Hodkiewicz (@WesHod) August 28, 2020
Highlight was Rashan Gary picking up 300-pound tackle John Leglue and throwing him to the ground.

Rashan Gary continues to impress in these padded sessions. No other way to say it. #Packers

Love accuracy issues
#Packers QB Jordan Love had some accuracy issues again in the one-on-one receiver/DB session – some of his guys didn’t have much of a chance.

Love comeback
Jordan Love just made perhaps his best throw of camp. Deep corner route to Malik Turner in a perfect spot on the sideline. But then came back and fired one — at least he fired it — behind Reggie Begelton on an in breaker. https://t.co/AWleBFR0iP

MVS stacking success?
Nice one handed snag by MVS at the end of crossing route. He’s had a few nice catches today

Offense gets FG in two-minute
Rodgers hits Lazard in middle of field and offense clocks it with 1 second left. Crosby hits the 43 yarder to end 55-second (two-minute) period with no time outs #Packers

Crosby’s day
Mason Crosby, after a near perfect start to camp, has been a little shaky. 5-of-8 in a FG period but then drilled a 43 yarder to end the 2 minute drill.

Dexter Williams injury scare
RB Dexter Williams is down after a run off left tackle.
— Tom Silverstein (@TomSilverstein) August 28, 2020
As #Packers practice wraps up inside the Hutson Center with the young guys’ 11-on-11 period, second-year RB Dexter Williams was down and appeared to be in real pain. He is up now and appears to be OK but there appeared to be real concern initially.
— Jason Wilde (@jasonjwilde) August 28, 2020
#Packers RB Dexter Williams went down fast following a run, but after some attention to his right leg he got up & is back participating in the developmental period.
