The LSU Tigers have quite a rich history of running backs, and have a chance to add 2021 recruit Camar Wheaton to that list.
With a commitment, Wheaton would have a chance to join a historical group that includes Billy Cannon, Dalton Hilliard, Charles Alexander, Leonard Fournette and Kevin Faulk.
Naturally, some of the nation’s top high school running backs want to come to Baton Rouge, especially with Faulk now on the coaching staff as the running backs coach.
When Wheaton recently released his final three schools, LSU was on the list.
