4 Thunder players post messages to Kobe Bryant on legend’s birthday

Some Oklahoma City Thunder players posted messages to social media to honor Kobe Bryant on what would have been his 42nd birthday.

Some Oklahoma City Thunder players posted or retweeted messages on Instagram and Twitter for the birthday of Kobe Bryant.

Bryant would have turned 42 years old on Sunday.

Guard Lu Duort, guard Dennis Schroder, wing Hamidou Diallo and guard Deonte Burton all took to social media to honor the legend who died in January.

Schroder posted to his Instagram story the Nike video honoring Bryant that was released Sunday. Narrated by Kendrick Lamar, the video encourages people to “be better” at whatever it is they do or whoever they are, whether it’s an athlete, teacher, parent or something else.

With it, Schroder posted the Bryant quote “It’s a constant question to try to be better today than you were yesterday.”

Dort shared on Instagram a post made by Overtime that had a video and screenshots of different birthday posts.

It had a video and three different pictures of Bryant throughout the years.
