Once again the Philadelphia 76ers came out attacking early, only to lose in the end to the Boston Celtics — this time in a blowout to the tune of 128 – 101.
Questionable defensive schema, the Sixers’ perennial lack of spacing and Boston’s twin wing threats of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown combined with excellent play from point guard Kemba Walker and the Celtics’ bench to crush Philly in Game 2, and perhaps with it, their will to fight.
But it’s never safe to count an opponent out in the postseason, as Walker was sure to note postgame Wednesday, so expect some more pitched battles in Game 3 on Friday, with tip-off at 6:30 p.m. ET, for those who want to watch it live.

And for those of you who aren’t sure how to see the tilt, as usual we have you covered.
Like most of the games in the Disney bubble restart, one can hire a subscription-based option like NBA TV, NBA League Pass, Hulu +, or FuboTV, and if your local cable provider happens to carry TNT or NBC Sports Boston, you can watch through those outlets as well.
Cord cutters can use NBCSportsBoston.com or their ‘MyTeams’ app if they’d prefer to stream the game instead, which you can also do with League Pass.
For the remaining schedule of the series between the Sixers and the Celtics, be sure to check out our article on the times and dates of all seven potential games — even if it looks like Boston won’t be needing all of them so far.
