The Falcons emerged from their first padded practice on Tuesday mostly unscathed except for guard Jamon Brown, who landed on the NFL’s concussion protocol, as reported by ESPN’s Vaughn McClure.

Brown was signed in 2019 along with James Carpenter as the team attempted to rebuild its offensive line. After drafting both Kaleb McGary and Chris Lindstrom in the first round, Brown became an expensive backup.
