The Indianapolis Colts are signing defensive tackle Taylor Stallworth, who visited the team late last week.
The Colts can’t bring in players for workouts so typically if they have a visit, it is with the intent to sign them. After Stallworth passed his physical and COVID testing, he can join the 80-man roster.
My client Taylor Stallworth (DT, South Carolina) is signing with the Indianapolis Colts despite interest from 7 other teams. Played with the New Orleans Saints the last 2 seasons and was a valuable part of their d-line rotation which has gotten very deep and talented.

Stallworth, 24, was an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina who signed with the New Orleans Saints in 2018. In two seasons, he appeared in 18 games while recording one sack and one tackle for loss. He was waived by the Saints on Aug. 3.
The Colts don’t have a major need for interior defensive linemen, especially after adding DeForest Buckner this offseason. Stallworth is likely to work at the one-technique while competing for a roster spot behind Grover Stewart and Sheldon Day.
