[autotag]Charlie Campbell[/autotag]’s Bellator debut was quite impressive.
The 25-year-year-old fighter picked up a second-round technical knockout over Nainoa Dung in the preliminary card of Bellator 243. The event went down on Friday night in Uncasville, Conn.
Campbell (2-1 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) piled up the leg kicks on Dung until he wasn’t able to stand and much less get back up. It was clear the leg kicks were hurting Dung from the first one landed.
In the second round, Dung dropped to the canvas after taking a series of leg kicks. He was unable to get back up, forcing referee Mark Beltran to call the action at the 1:42 mark.
