At 6-foot-1, 166-pounds, Mills is clearly a prospect that the UT staff believes has a high upside. Without any 247Sports ratings, Mills only has offers from Hawaii and Pittsburgh outside of Tennessee.
The Vols assigned ace recruiter and inside linebackers coach Brian Niedermeyer to Mills as his primary recruiter, with running backs coach Jay Graham in support.
Tennessee currently has two cornerbacks committed to the 2021 recruiting class, in 3-stars Damarius McGhee and Jay Jones.
