If anyone knows the secret to maximizing success in the National Football League, it’s Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jarrett. The former fifth-round pick made his first Pro Bowl last season and has established himself as one of the top interior linemen in the league.
As Falcons training camp gets underway, the team had Jarrett speak to the rookies over a video chat about what it takes to make it in the NFL.
“Don’t take this chance for granted, man,” said Jarrett. “You’ve got to look at it like it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity — which it is.”
