It’s all quiet on the Joe Burrow front when it comes to his contract with the Cincinnati Bengals as other first-round picks do deals with their respective teams.
But it’s not so quiet on the offseason training front.
Burrow was recently spotted training with others like Bengals defensive end Sam Hubbard. And a new report says he’s already trained with wideout John Ross a few times.
More social media revelations detail Burrow’s been working with fellow Bengals players like D.J. Reader, Vonn Vell and tight end Drew Sample, too.
Here’s a quick screengrab from Lindsay Patterson of the Cincinnati Enquirer:

It isn’t too shocking Burrow has been training hard locally before training camp despite the lack of a deal.
Interestingly, he’s working with fellow newcomers like Bell and Reader, who arrived with the team via free agency this offseason. Bell has recently made comments about his leadership in how he’ll help teammates tackle the coronavirus pandemic.
Veteran Bengals players will start reporting to Paul Brown Stadium this week for a battery of testing and will otherwise keep working out like this until they’re 100 percent in the clear.
