Even with social distancing protocols in place, some gyms being closed and there being little to do during this time of self-isolation, Aaron Donald hasn’t taken the offseason lightly. He’s been training almost every day and staying in shape, whether it was in “the dungeon” – the basement at his parents’ house in Pittsburgh – or at the Sports Academy in Los Angeles after it opened.
He reminded reporters of his incredible work ethic on a video conference call earlier this offseason by setting his Zoom background to a photo of himself flexing shirtless. This weekend, he sent another reminder to everyone on Instagram.
He posted this photo of himself flexing at the gym, showing that he remains in excellent shape and is ready for Year 7 in the NFL.
Donald will report to the Rams for COVID-19 testing on Tuesday, but camp won’t officially begin until a bit later. The team hasn’t said when camp will start as it still works to get its plan in place before players take the field.
Whenever that happens, Donald will be ready to push his teammates in the weight room and on the field.
