There are 53 days until Georgia is scheduled to kick off versus Virginia in Atlanta on Sept. 7.
Former Georgia guard, No. 53, Lamont Gaillard (2014-2018) from Fayetteville, North Carolina, started 42 games during his time in Athens. Gaillard was the centerpiece of Georgia’s 2017 offensive line that paved the way for an SEC Championship and a national title run in 2017 and also helped the Bulldogs to a league-leading 238 rushing yards per game in 2018.
He was named to both the 2018 Coaches All-SEC First Team and 2018 Associated Press All-SEC Second Team.
Gaillard was drafted in the 6th round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals.
