GREENVILLE — The University of Tennessee baseball team and coach Tony Vitello picked up another commitment for the class of 2021.
Wyatt Evans, a left-handed pitcher and first baseman, has announced his intention to continue his baseball career and education in Knoxville.
He will be a senior at JL Mann High School in Greenville, South Carolina this fall.

Evans announced his commitment on social media with a post on Twitter.
He tweeted:
“Excited and Blessed to announce my commitment to @Vol_Baseball! A big thanks to all my coaches who helped and prepared me along the way! #GoVols.”
Evans plays travel baseball for Canes America. His fastball has been clocked at 88 miles per hour by Prep Baseball Report.
