Wish you could find out how [autotag]Tyson Fury[/autotag] and [autotag]Anthony Joshua[/autotag] would fare inside the octagon? Well, now you can – sort of.
It was announced Saturday that both Fury and Joshua, two heavyweight boxers who have ruled the ring in recent years, are included as playable characters in the new EA UFC 4 video game set for release Aug. 11 on Xbox One and Playstation 4.
“I have a lot of respect for UFC fighters, but I’m the greatest fighter in the world,” WBC champion Tyson Fury said in a statement. “It’s going to be exciting to watch players use my boxing skills to outshine the most talented MMA fighters in UFC 4.”
Two-time unified champion Joshua said, “Fighting is what I have dedicated myself to. No matter the stage or opponent, I’ll always back myself. My character in UFC 4 will be no different. I’m ready for any challenge and hope we’ve made something in UFC 4 that can get fight fans excited this year.”

Fury has flirted with the idea of crossing over into MMA, getting into prior public spats with UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou while also training with Darren Till. Joshua, meanwhile, didn’t bother to engage Miocic back in 2017 but later said he was open to the idea of fighting in the UFC.
The reveal of Fury and Joshua’s inclusion in EA UFC 4 was part of an announcement revealing UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and “BMF” champ Jorge Masvidal as the dual cover athletes of the video game. According to a release, the EA UFC 4 video game will feature an overhauled takedown system and ground game, as well as updates to other various aspects of the game.
