Miami Heat rookie Tyler Herro revealed this week that he spent part of his time in quarantine studying some of the best players to ever play in the league.
Another former great player himself was happy to see that.
Herro told reporters on a conference call that he has been watching the likes of Ray Allen, Klay Thompson, Steve Nash, C.J. McCollum and Bradley Beal among others. Herro said he is specifically watching them on catch-and-shoot opportunities, an area he wants to improve upon.
As news of his film studies began to surface, future Hall of Famer, and Heat legend, Dwyane Wade appeared to be impressed with Herro’s players of choice.

Of course, Herro just missed playing with Wade in Miami but the 13-time All-Star has been impressed by what he has seen in Herro and his work ethic on and off of the floor. Herro has emerged as a key piece for the Heat this season and has caught Wade’s attention with his play so far.
