Ever since Bryson DeChambeau spent his offseason gaining 30 pounds, he’s been hitting golf balls ABSURD lengths (did you see what he did at the Travelers Championship?!).
He’s already spoken about the diet that’s gone along with that weight gain, telling the media earlier this month, “I eat whatever I want whenever. Obviously, I’m trying to control the intake of sugars, but carbs are fine because I’m obviously sweating like crazy out here.”
On Tuesday, ahead of the Rocket Mortgage Classic, he actually broke down what he’s putting in his body, and as you’d expect, it’s A LOT (and a lot of shakes).
Bryson breaks down his eating habits:
– 4 eggs w toast & five strips of bacon for breakfast. PLUS 2 protein shakes.
-A bar, Pb&J sandwich throughout day.
-consumes 2 shakes on course, 1 after round
-steak & potatoes and 2 shakes for dinner.Rome wasn’t build in 1 day either.
