The Badgers added another piece to their 2020-2021 roster on Friday as Justin Taphorn accepted a walk-on place on Wisconsin’s squad.

Taphorn played his high school basketball at Pekin High School in Pekin, Illinois. He also has clearly been around the Wisconsin family before, based on his Twitter post that shows him in the locker room a few years back. Midwest Prospect Academy had this to say about Taphorn’s game:

Taphorn joins a six-person 2020 class as the only preferred walk-on of the group.
