UFC fighters are a different type of human being – they are, after all, men and women who are willing to put there bodies and health on the line to fight another human being in a cage.
Sometimes they even fight through some pretty painful injuries suffered in those fights to get a win, too.
That’s exactly what Josh Emmett did last Saturday night in Las Vegas when it appeared that he suffered a bad knee injury just seconds into the first round of his battle with Shane Burgos. The fight went the distance, with Emmett winning via unanimous decision and it was such a wild fight that it will likely go down as one of the best this year.
Emmett did indeed suffer a bad knee injury and now he’s been diagnosed with five different, painful injuries.

Again, he fought another fighter for basically 15 minutes with all of those injuries. Incredible.
