With no real NFL to talk about, most media outlets have gotten creative with their content. The trend this time around is to re-draft the entire NFL to see how the league would shake out if they went full Madden fantasy draft. ESPN did a four-round version of the re-draft and the picks were interesting to say the least.

Here’s how the four rounds shook out for Pittsburgh picking 18th.

First round-QB Teddy Bridgewater

Second round-S Minkah Fitzpatrick

Third round-OT Mitchell Schwartz

Fourth round-WR DK Metcalf

First off, this is no disrespect to Bridgewater. But I’m not sure he’s the 18th most valuable guy in the league. I understand the demand for drafting a quarterback early but him at No. 18 or Ben Roethlisberger at No. 91, I’ll go with Big Ben 10 times out of 10.

The rest of the draft played out pretty well, especially getting Fitzpatrick in the second round and Metcalf in the fourth.

What do you make of this re-draft? Would you be happy if the Steelers ended up with these four players or could ESPN have done better?
