No dates set yet and no minicamps expected, but the NFL and NFLPA are discussing the possibility of certain players — such as rookies, and veterans who changed teams and need physicals — returning to club facilities on a limited basis before June 26, per sources.

There’s been nothing official from the NFL as of yet but according to NFL reporter Tom Pelissero, a couple of groups of NFL players could be reporting to their teams much earlier than anticipated.
Pelissero says the NFL and the NFL Player’s Association are working out the details of an agreement that would allow rookies as well as veterans with new teams to report to club facilities before June 26.
This would give the Pittsburgh Steelers 2019 rookie class a chance for some real work with the Steelers’ coaches and break loose from the virtual offseason the league has been dealing with.
