IndyCar Genesys 300: Start time and stream info for the first IndyCar race of 2020

The 2020 IndyCar season will begin on Saturday night.

Months after the season-opening race in St. Petersburg was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 IndyCar season will finally get underway with a special one-day event at Texas Motor Speedway. No fans will be in attendance for the historic race, which will be the first with cars using the new Aeroscreen to protect drivers. So, what time should you tune in?

The IndyCar Genesys 300 at Texas Motor Speedway will begin at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC. You can stream the race online at NBCSports.com.

Practice for the race will begin at 1:00 p.m. ET, and will be broadcast on NBC Sports Gold, which requires a subscription. Qualifying for the Genesys 300 will follow at 5:00 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
