The New Jersey native follows the commitments of Darryl Peterson Monday and Jack Pugh a little over a week ago.
Heading into today Chryst’s 2021 class ranked No. 17 nationally and No. 6 in the Big Ten, this after Peterson’s commitment moved the class up from its previous slot at No. 19.
Though Jarvis’ commitment means great things for the future of the defensive line–especially given the state of Wisconsin’s last of top-end defensive line talent–it did not push the needle and move the class closer to the top 10.
So, at the moment the class remains No. 17 in the nation and No. 6 in the Big Ten.
(Keep in mind since recruiting rankings were created the Badgers have not come close to having a top-10 recruiting class).
Recent news and signs do point towards the Badgers landing a few more top commits, though, so don’t expect this class to stay at No. 17 as Chryst and company continue to build their most impressive recruiting class to date.
