Former Alabama wide receiver Henry Ruggs III was the first receiver drafted in the 2020 NFL draft as he went No. 12 overall to the Las Vegas Raiders.

The specifics surrounding what happened are unclear. However, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport claims that the injury was a “cut or puncture” while helping a friend move.
