The Philadelphia Eagles are in need of another running back on the roster and LeSean McCoy is looking to return to where it all started.
Both parties have a mutual interest in reuniting and with free-agent running backs disappearing off the open market, McCoy to the Eagles could be more about when and not if.
According to Jeff McLane of The Inquirer, after missing out on Carlos Hyde, the Eagles could miss out on Devonta Freeman as well.
A few things on the #Eagles’ interest in free agent RBs, per sources: They offered contracts to Carlos Hyde, who signed with the Seahawks, and Devonta Freeman, who is weighing other offers (Bucs).
They have interest in bringing back LeSean McCoy, but have yet to make an offer.

McCoy has talked openly about returning to the Eagles and the leading rusher in Eagles history, with 6,792 yards could get his wish to finish career in Philadelphia.
