Aaron Donald may not be in Los Angeles working out at the Rams’ facility, but he’s doing everything he can to stay ready for the 2020 season when it eventually begins. The absence of OTAs and minicamp hasn’t prevented Donald from regressing athletically.
He still looks as fast and quick as he always does while working out back home in Pittsburgh. This video proves exactly that, showing Donald absolutely breeze through a footwork drill as if it were midseason.
A man his size should not be able to move the way he does, which is part of what makes him such a dominant pass rusher.
“I do this s–t, bruh”@AaronDonald97 moving like this at 280.
Scary.

Donald said recently he’s been working out in his dad’s basement back in Pittsburgh, which he calls “the dungeon.” He trained there when he was younger, too, so he’s gone back to his roots during this time of isolation.
He showed reporters on a conference call last week that he’s still jacked, too, by making his Zoom background on a conference call a huge photo of himself flexing shirtless.

Clearly the nationwide shutdown due to the coronavirus hasn’t caused Donald to lose a step – or any amount of muscle, for that matter.
