Nick Foles knows Tom Brady’s kryptonite.
Foles, a former Philadelphia Eagles and current Chicago Bears quarterback, defeated Tom Brady in Super Bowl LII. So as Brady prepared for a matchup against Peyton Manning in “The Match,” a golf charity event on Sunday for COVID-19, Foles threw out the advice he had for beating Brady, a six-time Super Bowl champion. Foles has two words: “Philly Special.”
What’s he talking about? That was the name of the trick play, which helped the Eagles defeat New England. It had Foles catching a touchdown pass. Of course, the advice didn’t actually help Manning in any way. Still, Manning and Tiger Woods managed to pull off the win against Brady and Phil Mickelson at the Medalist Golf Club in Florida.
Peyton, two words, if Tom and Phil start coming back…”Philly Special.” Go win it. #TheMatch2
